At Nippon Sanso in Europe, the employee networks which connect colleagues across regions, departments, generations and backgrounds have entered a new chapter with a refreshed leadership structure designed to strengthen collaboration, engagement and impact across the organization.

Through the three networks of WING (advancement of women), EQUALS (LGBTIQ+), and YOUNG (exchange and collaborate across generations and regions), employees can connect, share diverse perspectives, learn from one another and promote initiatives that carry employee voices into our corporate culture.
