Since our founding in 1910, the Nippon Sanso Holdings Group has contributed to the development of society and industry with the industrial gas business at its core. Today, with a strong global presence, we continue to deliver safe, high-quality products and services as "The Gas Professionals."
Under our newly launched medium-term management plan, "Next Innovation 2030, Evolving for the future," we place our Group philosophy — "Proactive. Innovative. Collaborative. Making life better through gas technology." — at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to achieving sustainable growth by delivering innovative gas solutions to our customers worldwide.
My core mission is to execute this plan with discipline, fully leverage the collective strengths of our global Group, and drive continuous evolution in an ever-changing environment.
To that end, we will sharpen the competitiveness of our existing businesses through operational excellence and digital transformation, while boldly pursuing new growth opportunities. We will drive innovation rooted in industrial gas technology — expanding in electronics and semiconductors, and exploring emerging fields such as 3D printing and biotechnology. Advancing our gas technologies and engineering capabilities remains central to this ambition, as does building a global organization where diverse talent thrives, collaborates, and grows.
Our Group has also consistently created new value extending from our gas technology roots — most notably through the Thermos business, which applies vacuum technology originally developed for gas applications. We will continue leveraging this diverse business portfolio to achieve sustainable growth while contributing meaningfully to society.
We are also strengthening the Nippon Sanso brand across our industrial gas business and deepening integrated Group management. Through our Center of Excellence (CoE) framework, we will further evolve a management model that draws on the distinct strengths of each operating company — enhancing our ability to deliver value that meets the diverse needs of our customers and society.
Throughout all of this, Safety and Compliance remain our highest and non-negotiable priorities. We are equally committed to reducing our environmental impact and contributing to carbon neutrality as essential elements of building a sustainable society.
