Closing of European Business Company’s Acquisition of Spanish Respiratory Home Therapy Service Company

Oximesa S.L.U., a subsidiary of Nippon Sanso in Europe, received approval from Spain’s National Commission on Markets and Competition for its previously agreed acquisition of Esteve Teijin Healthcare, S.L. (ETH, now Nippon Sanso Homecare España, S.L.U.) from Corporación Químico-Farmacéutica Esteve (CQFE) and Teijin Holdings Europe BV (Teijin). ETH is a joint venture established by CQFE and Teijin that operates a home healthcare services business in Spain. By welcoming ETH, a provider of high-quality home care and innovative home healthcare services, Oximesa will strengthen its business foundation in Spain and enhance its presence in the home healthcare and respiratory therapy market.
