Compliance Education Initiatives

The Nippon Sanso Holdings (NSHD) Group provides compliance education and training on an ongoing basis for employees at all levels. For example, organization-specific compliance training helps all Group employees learn the essentials of compliance, anti-harassment laws, antimonopoly laws, and small and medium-sized subcontractor laws. Our training is also designed to instill an awareness and desire to improve compliance in our employees.

When conducting training, the President CEO and the Group Chief Compliance Officer (GCCO) first give messages on the importance of compliance, clearly demonstrating the commitment of top management and the direction of the Group as a whole. Feedback from specialized departments is incorporated into the training content, and the training programs are reviewed as necessary when there are changes in laws or the social environment, in order to ensure that they are more effective.
